At BPSTUDIOS , we are committed to offering you a unique, fast, and secure shopping experience. Each order is handled with care and attention to ensure your garment arrives in perfect condition.


🚚 Shipping times
• National shipments (Mexico):
Estimated delivery time: 2 to 5 business days
(Depending on your area and season).
• International Shipping :
Estimated time: 5 to 10 business days
(May vary by country and customs).

📌 We'll send you a tracking number so you can track your order in real time.

We accept changes in case of :
• Wrong size
• Factory defect (sewing, printing, fabric)
• Product different from the one requested

Requirements :
• Request the exchange within a maximum of 7 business days after receiving your order.
• The garment must be unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging and with the tag.
• The customer covers the cost of shipping for the exchange (except in the case of an error or defect on our part).

📌 We do not exchange returns for misuse or damage caused after delivery.

💰 Returns

We only accept returns if:
• You received a product with a serious defect
• You received the wrong order and don't want to change it.

Process :

2. We will evaluate the case and respond to you within a maximum of 48 business hours.
3. If applicable, we will refund the value of the product or give you store credit.

📌 Refunds are issued to the same payment method used and may take 3 to 10 business days.
